Provider-to-provider referrals for scheduled infectious disease consultation. We accept referrals from primary care, internal medicine, surgery, and specialty practices throughout North Dallas and Collin County.

Self-referrals are not accepted. Please have your provider submit a referral.

For patients discharged from the emergency room with a suspected or confirmed infection and pending culture results. We provide timely ID follow-up to ensure appropriate antibiotic therapy and prevent readmission.
