7. No PHI via SMS

SterlingID Medical Group does not transmit protected health information (PHI) through SMS messages. Do not reply to any text message with personal health information. If you need to communicate clinical information, please call our office directly at (972) 497-2055 or use our HIPAA-compliant communication channels.

8. Supported Carriers

This program is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and US Cellular. Carrier support may vary. If you are unsure whether your carrier participates, reply HELP or contact us.

9. Privacy
